License Terms

1. What you are buying

When you purchase a CueLiveAI plan, you buy a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CueLiveAI application. You are buying a license to use the software, not ownership of the software itself. CueLiveAI remains the property of its creator.

Founding lifetime plans are offered to a limited number of companies. The one-time founding price applies only while founding places remain available; once they are filled, access may be offered under different plans and prices.

2. What "lifetime" means

Lifetime access means access for the operational lifetime of the CueLiveAI product — for as long as CueLiveAI continues to operate and offer the service. It does not mean your lifetime or an unconditional promise of perpetual availability. If the product is ever discontinued, we will give active license holders reasonable advance notice.

3. Users and seats

Each plan is a one-time payment: Solo costs $99 and includes 1 user, Small team costs $299 and includes up to 5 users, and Growing team costs $499 and includes up to 10 users. All prices are in US dollars. Every plan includes all features and future updates; only the user limit differs. The limit includes the administrator. A user is one named person with their own sign-in. Sharing one sign-in between several people is not permitted. If you need more than 10 users, contact us at hello@cueliveai.com for a custom arrangement.

4. Your OpenAI API key

All plans require your own OpenAI API key. AI usage (transcription and suggestions) is billed separately by OpenAI directly to you, under your own OpenAI agreement — it is never billed by us and is not included in your CueLiveAI purchase. Your key is held in protected server-side storage, is not displayed after saving, and is not readable by staff or other companies. Authorised server-side processing uses it to power your company’s sessions. Relevant audio and content are sent to OpenAI; no online service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Updates included

Your license includes all future updates and new features we release for CueLiveAI, at no extra charge, for the operational lifetime of the product.

6. Acceptable use

You may use CueLiveAI for your own business conversations — sales calls, client meetings, onboarding and support. You may not resell or sublicense access to CueLiveAI, use it to break the law, or use it to mislead or deceive the people you speak with. You are responsible for complying with call-recording and consent laws that apply in your country and your customer's country.

7. Termination

We may suspend or end a license only if these terms are seriously breached — for example, reselling access or unlawful use. We will not end a license arbitrarily, and where possible we will contact you first to resolve the issue.

8. Liability

CueLiveAI provides suggestions generated by AI from your own documents. You remain responsible for what you say on your calls and for the decisions you make. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Payments, refunds and third-party availability

Payment is processed through Flutterwave and access is activated after payment verification. Lifetime plans do not renew or incur recurring CueLiveAI subscription charges. OpenAI charges remain separate. Contact support@cueliveai.com about incorrect charges or refund requests; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. We do not advertise a separate money-back guarantee. Browser requirements, OpenAI limits and third-party outages may affect availability.

10. Your content and privacy

You retain ownership of your documents and call content. You authorise processing needed to provide the service and are responsible for lawful capture and consent. Personal history remains separate from shared company history. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use also apply; these license terms govern the lifetime plan where purchase wording differs.
