Privacy Policy
This policy explains how CueLiveAI handles information when you visit our website or use our live call assistance service.
Information we process
- Account details such as your email address, display name, company membership and access level.
- Audio you choose to capture, live transcripts, AI questions and responses, uploaded documents and session settings.
- Saved call history and completed reviews, including scores and coaching feedback.
- Company subscription and payment records, such as payment references, amounts and status. Payment details are entered with Paystack, not in CueLiveAI.
- Technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Country information may be used to display applicable pricing.
Why we use information
We use this information to provide transcription and suggestions, retrieve relevant company knowledge, generate call reviews, manage access and billing, send expected account and payment emails, respond to support requests and protect the service.
Audio and AI processing
When you start capture, audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription. Relevant transcripts, questions and document content are sent to OpenAI to generate answers and reviews. Companies supply their own OpenAI key; OpenAI’s terms, privacy practices and applicable account settings govern its processing. If web search is enabled, queries may be processed through OpenAI’s web tools. Do not capture or upload information you are not authorised to share.
Personal and company information
Personal saved calls and personal documents are restricted to their account owner. Staff call history and reviews are shared with authorised users of the same company, including company administrators. Company administrators manage staff access and approved company documents. Other companies are not authorised to access your company data. The platform owner’s company-management controls are not a company-document or call-history viewer.
Service providers and disclosures
We use Lovable Cloud for hosting, account access and storage, OpenAI for AI processing, Paystack for payments and managed email services for account messages. Providers may process information in countries outside your own. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to investigate abuse or protect users and the service. We do not sell your call transcripts or company documents.
Storage, retention and security
Saved information remains available in your account or company history until removed through available controls or an approved support request, subject to legal, payment-record and security obligations. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period. Access controls and company separation protect stored information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Company API keys are not included in account exports or made readable in the browser.
Your choices and requests
You can update your display name, download an account export, choose whether to save personal sessions and sign out all devices. Staff sessions are saved to company history. For access, correction, deletion or privacy requests, email support@cueliveai.com. Identity verification may be required; requests affecting company records may also require company administrator involvement. Your rights depend on applicable law.
Local storage and account emails
The service uses browser storage to maintain sign-in, preferences and working session information. Expected account messages include verification codes and payment receipts. App-email unsubscribe preferences are managed through the links in those emails; essential sign-in and recovery emails continue to work.
Your responsibilities
Inform call participants and obtain any consent required by law before capturing audio. Your company is responsible for its lawful use of staff and client information. CueLiveAI is intended for business use, not for children.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Contact support@cueliveai.com with questions about privacy.
