Terms of Use
These terms apply to use of the CueLiveAI website and service. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act for a company, you must be authorised to do so.
The service
CueLiveAI provides live transcription, suggested responses, document-based assistance, AI chat and call reviews. Features depend on your account permissions, company settings, browser capabilities and third-party availability. AI assistance does not guarantee sales, accuracy or any particular result.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and keep passwords, email codes and API keys confidential. Use individual accounts rather than sharing sign-in details. Password changes require your current password and a code sent to your account email. Email changes and lost-email recovery require support identity verification; there is no automatic bypass. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Company administrators and staff
Company administrators are responsible for staff access, approved documents, company settings and authorised use of company information. Staff sessions and completed reviews are saved to shared company history. Personal admin history stays separate. Access is limited to authorised users of the relevant company.
Subscriptions and payments
The applicable price, currency and billing period are shown before payment. Payments are processed through Paystack, and paid company access is activated after payment verification. OpenAI usage is billed separately by OpenAI to the company’s own account; it is not included in the CueLiveAI subscription. Maintain sufficient OpenAI credit and a valid API key. Future pricing changes do not change a period already paid for. Contact support about renewal, cancellation, incorrect charges or refund requests; any statutory rights remain unaffected.
Your content and call consent
You retain your rights in uploaded documents and call content. You permit CueLiveAI and its service providers to process that content as needed to provide the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload documents, capture audio and process participant information, including any legally required notice or consent. Do not submit unlawful content or confidential information you are not authorised to process.
AI outputs and acceptable use
AI output can be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable. Review suggestions, prices, commitments and call feedback before relying on them. Reviews are coaching aids, not an objective employment assessment. Do not use the service for illegal surveillance, fraud, harassment, impersonation, security attacks or attempts to access another company’s data. Do not treat outputs as professional legal, medical or financial advice.
Third-party services
OpenAI, Paystack and other service providers have their own terms and policies. Their outages, limits and account restrictions can affect CueLiveAI. You are responsible for your company’s OpenAI account and its usage charges.
Availability, suspension and ending access
We may change features, perform maintenance or restrict access for non-payment, abuse or security risks. We will provide reasonable notice where practical. You can request account closure or assistance exporting information through support. Ending access does not remove payment obligations already incurred or records we must retain under applicable law.
Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. You remain responsible for decisions and commitments made during calls. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy, changes and contact
See our Privacy Policy for information handling. We may update these terms as the service changes and will identify the updated date. For billing, account recovery or questions about these terms, contact support@cueliveai.com.
